Screen printing
If you're looking for a way to add some pizzazz to your garments, screenprinting may be just what you're after. Screenprinting is widely used for garment decoration from small to large runs depending on requirements. It's great for most garment types.
There are four elements of the cost: artwork, film, screens and printing. The film and screen cost depends on the size of your artwork (format it is supplied in) and the amount of colours in your print. We output your finalised artwork to film so we can develop the screens for print which then go on the press for printing.
A screen is required for each colour in your artwork or logo. One colour prints being the more cost effective.
Screen printed transfer
Screen printed transfers are ideal for items that cannot be screen-printed directly, but still require bonded ink. These products can include jackets, sport bags, and some headwear.
Similar to our screen print option, artwork is set up on the screen in reverse. This is because the artwork will be printed onto a transfer sheet instead of directly onto the product. Adhesive crystals are then applied to this transfer sheet and flash cured. These transfer sheets are then ready to be heat pressed on to the product
Vinyl Transfer
Vinyl transfers are the perfect way to add personalization to any garment or product you want. They come in a range of colors, so you can use them for team names and numbers, or whatever you want!
Vinyl transfers are cut from rolls of media using a plotter cutter, which means that they can be made in any shape or size you need. Finally, they're heat pressed onto the garment or product.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the process of using stitched thread to create logos and text. This process does have limitations for detail but can be quite effective for garments such as multi-layer jackets, baseball caps and beanies. Embroidery is best suited to a smaller logo location.
